From $140 per night / 2 night minimum.
3 night minimum for Holiday Weekends.

In addition to rent:
$40 cleaning fee
$200 refundable security deposit*
*There are no refunds for cancellations. There is some flexibility if we can re-book.
To secure your reservation, send the $200 refundable security deposit via Zelle.
Rent is due, minimum of, 7 days before arrival.
Cleaning fee is left in the kitchen before departure.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, or after, on the day of arrival, and check out is by 11:00 am, on day of departure.

*No pets
*No smoking inside the house
Punta Mita:
PUNTA MITA RATES & RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
From $120 per night / 2 night minimum.

June – October $105 per night
*Rates shown are for up to 2 guest stay. Each additional guest is $15 per night, maximum 3 guests total.
